Please find below a reminder of the key logistical information:
The conference will take place at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Calle Alberto Aguilera, 23, Madrid.
Upon entering the building, you will find directions to the registration area AA23, where you can collect your badge.
All sessions will be held in the main university building. The Aula Magna, the Sala de Conferencias, and Aula Polavieja are all located on the ground floor (first floor); the plenary sessions are taking place in the West wing of the building on the second and third floors. Please note that room numbers indicate the floor (e.g., O - 205 is on the second floor (one floor up from the ground floor).
Internet access at the venue is available via Eduroam. There will be internet access throughout the university facility (User: catedra.am Password: C@t3dr@26). We also recommend purchasing an eSIM before traveling. Saily is an affordable option with worldwide coverage; the app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. An e-SIM will ensure fast connectivity upon arrival in Madrid. A 1 GB/day plan is typically sufficient, and Saily supports hotspot use for laptops and other devices.

The last speaker in each session will serve as the session chair. Please bring your presentation in PDF format on a USB stick and upload it before the session begins.
Each parallel session, in general, lasts 2 hours. Each speaker has 24 minutes: 20 minutes for the presentation and the remaining time for Q&A and speaker transition. If your session lasts more than 2 hours, please adjust the timing to allow 20 minutes per paper presentation.
A complimentary cocktail reception for registered participants will take place at the conference venue on 25 May, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
The conference gala cocktail plus dinner is for payment (115 USD). It will take place on 26 May at the CLUB FINANCIERO GENOVA, C/ Marqués dela Ensenada, 14 – Madrid, from 8 pm to 11 pm. Transport is not provided. Tickets for the gala event will be available at registration. Please bring your conference tag and gala event ticket to the gala on Tuesday night. Please note that last-minute gala ticket purchase is not allowed. If you still wish to join, please contact the RCEA Team at rcea.world@gmail.com. The deadline is 19 May CEST. The registration system will close on 20 May, and no additional registrations will be possible.
