The International Trade RCEA Research Network focuses on cutting-edge empirical, theoretical and policy-related research in the general area of international trade. It covers topics related to, inter alia, multilateral cooperation under the World Trade Organisation; global value chains and supply-chain resilience; regional economic integration; the role of multinational corporations in the global economy and trade-related investment; implications of trade for poverty reduction, income distribution, and employment; trade effects of industrial policies and the “new protectionism”; and trade and the environment.
