Conference Registration

Conference registration is carried out in two steps:

• The first step is to pay your conference fee by credit card using PayPal. Please note that the registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Your invoice will be issued within a few days after payment and posted to your email account. If you are a PhD student, please send proof of valid enrollment into a PhD program to rcea.world@gmail.com, reporting your submitted paper's ID number and title.

• The second step is to fill in the Registration Google form with the information necessary to issue your payment invoice and participation certificate. This step is compulsory even if you do not require an invoice or a participation certificate.

• Please perform the two steps jointly. Do not fill out the form without completing your payment. If payment is made by somebody else on your behalf (e.g., your secretary), let us know who has paid for your registration.
